Take lower level
Stay left.
· Get off the Northern Blvd Exit (25A).
· Go Straight on Northern Blvd (East).
· Make a left on 45th Street.
· Take 45th Street to the end, which runs into
Astoria Blvd.
· Make a right on Astoria Blvd South.
· Make the first right which is 46th Street.
· We are the last building on the left hand side on 46th Street,
just before the train overpass.
If you get to 25th Ave, you went too far.

From the Triboro Bridge:
Stay right over Bridge
· Get off the 1st Exit, which is Astoria Blvd and
31st Street.
· Go Straight up the Service Road (Astoria Blvd)
Make right on 46th Street.
· We are the last building on the left hand side on 46th Street, just before the train overpass.
If you get to 25th Ave, you went too far.

From The Verrazano Bridge
· Take the Gowanis to the BQE.
· Stay with the BQE (East) all the way through After you pass the Kosciusko Bridge stay left.
Continue to stay left left towards the Triboro Bridge.
· Exit at Astoria Blvd West Exit - 44 (exit on right).
· Puts you on Astoria Blvd.
· Make your first left onto 43rd Street (first traffic light off exit).
· Make your next left onto Astoria Blvd South (second traffic light).
· Make a right onto 46th Street.
· We are the last building on the left hand side on 46th Street, just before the train overpass.
If you get to 25th Ave, you went too far.

From Eastern Long Island:
· Take the Grand Central Parkway.
· Get off Exit 5 (82nd Street Terminal).
· Stay Straight on Service Road.
· Make a left on 43rd Street.
· Go to the 1st Light (Astoria Blvd South) Make a left.
· Go 2 blocks to 46th Street and make a right.
· We are the last building on the left hand side on 46th Street, just before the train overpass.
If you get to 25th Ave, you went too far.
